Who can use it

Anyone can read the site. To sign in or use our bot, you must be 13 or older and have a Discord account in good standing.

By signing in, you confirm you're 13 or older and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Be decent

Don't use the site or the bot to:

• harass, threaten or bully anyone, or post hateful content;
• post anything illegal, or share someone's personal info without their permission;
• spam, scam or spread malware;
• pretend to be someone else, including our staff;
• break or overload the site, scrape it in bulk, or get around its security.

Found a security bug? Tell us in Discord instead of poking at it. Our server rules and Discord's own Terms apply in the server too.

Wiki contributions

Only staff can edit the wiki. You keep any rights to what you write, but you let us host, show and edit it on the site for free. We may edit or remove anything on the wiki at any time. Only add things you have the right to share.

Reviews

If you played a season, you can review it. Reviews are public and show your Discord name and avatar. You keep the rights to what you write, and you let us show it on the site for free. Keep it honest and follow the rules above: staff can hide or remove any review.

Season archives

When staff archive a season, messages sent in its archived channels, with your name and avatar at the time, may be published on this site after the season ends. Archived channels show a notice when recording starts. The Privacy Policy has the details.

It's all fiction

WelcomeTo Studios is a fan community. Our shows, characters and stories, including any dark or violent themes, are fiction made for fun. We aren't affiliated with Discord, or with the owners of the shows and games that inspire us.

No warranty

The site and the bot are free and provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do our best, but we can't promise they'll always work, be available or be accurate.

To the fullest extent the law allows, WelcomeTo Studios and its staff aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any lost data, that come from using the site or the bot. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

We can remove access

We can remove content, or limit or end anyone's access to the site or the bot, at any time, for example if they break these Terms or our server rules. You can stop using the site whenever you like and delete your data from the account menu.

Changes

We may update these Terms. When we do, we change the date at the top. If you keep using the site or the bot after that, you accept the new version.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
